Considering just how critical a good night’s sleep is, trying to get the best night’s sleep is a wise idea. Here are some facts that can help you rest easy!

About 75% of people say that their night's sleep is more comfortable on sheets that have a fresh scent. Wash your sheets more often for a better night’s sleep.

The higher the thread count, the more comfortable the sheets. Essentially, thread count is one square inch of fabric’s number of threads. It’s based on the threads woven weft (horizontally) and warp (vertically ). Having sheets with a higher thread count will inevitably make your bed more comfy.

If the cotton has a thread count of 200 or higher, it could be Percale, which is more durable than a cotton satin that has the same thread count. You’ll get more great nights of sleep with these sheets.

Your bed also matters. A National Sleep Foundation poll found that the overwhelming majority of people (92%) consider a comfortable mattress to be crucial to getting a good night’s sleep.

Your bedroom’s temperature also matters. Keep it cool. If your bedroom is between 60 and 67 degrees, you’ll have a great environment for sleep!

Sleep is a critical part of our lives. Without it, we can’t function. If you’re having difficulty sleeping, consider getting comfier items, like our sheets and pajamas!
